Very unprofessional experience. Shipper attempted to ship a hazmat load without proper BOL. The lady at the shipping office was very unprofessional and rude. She tried to explain to me that the broker is suppose to give me all the proper shipping document and its not the shippers job.

I’m sorry to say that The old lady in the shipping and receiving office isn’t normal. She doesn’t even know what she’s talking about. I don’t know why they put her in the front office. She seems very upset and sometimes looks confused.

I dont know what all of the bad reviews are for! I came here to drop off a load. The 2 men in the shack were extremely nice and had me checked in with no issues. Get to the back to offload and the guy that is going to be offloading me, also extremely nice. Was having tires changed on a forklift and was very apologetic. Went straight to work and I was still in and out in less than an hour. Id come back!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Spent 3 days dealing with them. Not one sharp tool in that shed. I had to return because I was 81,700 lbs on the scale. They unloaded the 13 pallets of batteries and then reloaded them in a different order and then tried to convince me I would be legal. I tried to reason with them and no one understood basic math or physics. When I returned again with the weight ticket, it was still 1700 lbs over weight. They were totally clueless as to why I’m still overweight. They kept my trailer for another day (3 days invested) and cancelled my load with no explanation. I was also promised compensation for my time and fuel by management and that never happened. I’ve never experienced that level of incompetence before. This company has set the new bar.
